Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App „Deep Clean" (die „App"), bereitgestellt von Teddynews (Wolfgang Lindner). Mit der Installation und Nutzung stimmst du ihnen zu.
Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht, die App auf von dir kontrollierten Apple-Geräten gemäß den App-Store-Nutzungsregeln (Apples Standard-EULA) zu nutzen. Es ist untersagt, die App zu kopieren, zu verändern, zurückzuentwickeln oder weiterzuverbreiten.
Die App hilft dir, Fotos und Videos auszuwählen und zu löschen. Das endgültige Löschen entscheidest und bestätigst ausschließlich du. Prüfe deine Auswahl sorgfältig. Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für versehentlich gelöschte oder verlorene Inhalte. Erstelle vor größeren Aufräumaktionen ein Backup (z. B. iCloud-Fotos).
Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir sichern keine ununterbrochene Fehlerfreiheit oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck zu. Erkennungen (z. B. „ähnlich", „unscharf", „Duplikat") sind Vorschläge und können ungenau sein.
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden, Datenverluste oder entgangenen Nutzen aus der Nutzung der App. Unberührt bleibt die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie zwingende gesetzliche Rechte.

These terms govern your use of the "Deep Clean" app (the "App"), provided by Teddynews (Wolfgang Lindner). By installing and using the App you agree to them.
You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the App on Apple devices you control, in accordance with the App Store terms (Apple's standard EULA). You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App.
The App helps you select and delete photos and videos. The final deletion is decided and confirmed solely by you. Review your selection carefully. We accept no liability for accidentally deleted or lost content. Make a backup (e.g. iCloud Photos) before larger clean-ups.
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Detections (e.g. "similar", "blurry", "duplicate") are suggestions and may be inaccurate.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the App. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and mandatory statutory rights, remain unaffected.
We may keep improving the App and these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
