Werden meine Fotos hochgeladen?

Nein. Deep Clean arbeitet vollständig auf deinem iPhone. Es werden keine Fotos kopiert, hochgeladen oder an einen Server gesendet.

Wie stelle ich versehentlich gelöschte Fotos wieder her?

Weggewischte Fotos landen zuerst im Bereich „Cleaned". Dort tippst du auf „Restore" (einzeln) oder „Restore all" – solange du sie nicht endgültig gelöscht hast. Nach „Delete forever" entfernt iOS sie in den Zuletzt-gelöscht-Ordner der Fotos-App (30 Tage wiederherstellbar).

Löscht die App Fotos sofort und endgültig?

Nein. Nichts verlässt dein Gerät ohne deine Bestätigung. Erst „Delete forever" gibt die Fotos frei – und iOS fragt zusätzlich nach.

Wie schütze ich wichtige Fotos vor dem Löschen?

Im Swipe-Modus ein Foto lange drücken und mit dem Stern als Favorit markieren. Favoriten werden nie zum Löschen vorgeschlagen.

Wozu braucht die App Face ID?

Optional, um die App zu sperren, damit nur du deine Fotos durchsehen und löschen kannst. Die biometrische Prüfung passiert in Apples Secure Enclave – wir sehen deine Daten nie.

Warum findet die App nur wenige Fotos?

Vermutlich hast du iOS nur „eingeschränkten" Fotozugriff gegeben. Tippe auf der Startseite auf den Hinweis „Mehr Fotos auswählen" oder erlaube in den iOS-Einstellungen › Deep Clean › Fotos den vollen Zugriff.

Schafft die App auch große Mediatheken?

Ja. Deep Clean ist genau dafür gebaut und räumt auch sehr große Mediatheken zuverlässig auf.

Kostet die App etwas?

Deep Clean ist ein einmaliger Kauf im App Store – kein Abo, keine In-App-Käufe. Alle Funktionen sind inklusive.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Deep Clean runs entirely on your iPhone. No photos are copied, uploaded or sent to any server.

How do I restore photos I deleted by accident?

Swiped-away photos first land in the "Cleaned" area. Tap "Restore" (single) or "Restore all" there – as long as you haven't removed them permanently. After "Delete forever", iOS moves them to the Recently Deleted folder of the Photos app (recoverable for 30 days).

Does the app delete photos instantly and permanently?

No. Nothing leaves your device without your confirmation. Only "Delete forever" frees the photos – and iOS asks once more.

How do I protect important photos from deletion?

In Swipe mode, long-press a photo and mark it as a favorite with the star. Favorites are never suggested for deletion.

Why does the app need Face ID?

Optional, to lock the app so only you can review and delete your photos. The biometric check happens in Apple's Secure Enclave – we never see your data.

Why does the app only find a few photos?

You probably granted iOS "limited" photo access. Tap the "Select more photos" note on the home screen, or allow full access in iOS Settings › Deep Clean › Photos.

Does it handle large photo libraries?

Yes. Deep Clean is built exactly for that and clears even very large photo libraries reliably.

Does the app cost anything?
